Well-baby Craniosacral Checkup

If your baby seems out of sorts, is having digestive or sleep issues, a good way to support them non-invasively is to have them get a well-baby craniosacral checkup. I can also teach you some at-home techniques for soothing baby naturally. Here I am checking a one-year-old’s upper rib mobility.

Esalen workshop with Karishma Darby

In April, I was honored to assist Karishma Deanna Darby at her twice-annual workshop at Esalen Hot Springs. I took this photo from the dressing room looking out through my favorite shower overlooking the Pacific on the Big Sur coast. Deeply renewing to be there and be part of Karishma’s sweet group.
